Refer friends, family, clients, and customers easily and quickly using our referral form below.

 

Let the person/s know that we'll be calling them within a few days to have a quick chat and inviting them to book a phone chat appointment to discuss their needs and our Support Work service in detail.

​

If a person you refer becomes a client of Autism & Beyond you'll be shown our appreciation and gratitude with the option of being given a gift card to assist you with the rising costs of living, or opting for us to donate the same amount to our current chosen registered charity*.

TERMS & CONDITIONS


1. Eligibility:

  • This program is open to anyone 18 years or older residing in Australia.

  • Employees of Autism & Beyond and their immediate family members are eligible to participate.

​

2. Referral Process:

  • You can refer up to 3 people at a time.

  • The referral form requires the referred person's name, phone number, and email address and all information must be entered correctly and accurately.

  • You will also need to provide your own name and a valid postal address for any potential rewards and written contact by Autism & Beyond.

3. Qualification for Referral Bonus:

  • A referral bonus will only be awarded if the referred person meets the criteria of booking and completing either:

    • One month (4 weeks) of weekly Support Work sessions with any Autism & Beyond Support Worker 

    • Two months (8 weeks) of fortnightly Support Work sessions with any Autism & Beyond Support Worker.

 

  • The client must adhere to all standard Autism & Beyond service terms and conditions.

  • There is no limit to the number of referrals you can submit, but you can only receive a bonus for successful referrals that meet the above criteria. 

  • If you wish to refer four or more people at any time after referring three at one time on the one Referral Form you may do so no sooner than seven (7) days later. You will need to use the same form and edit your submission in order to enter the details of 1-3 more people at a time, different to those you originally/previously submitted details for on the form.

4. Referral Bonus:

  • If a referred person meets the qualification criteria in section 3, you will receive a bonus of $80.00 AUD for each one client you refer to us (example: two clients successfully referred $160.00 bonus)

  • You have the choice of receiving the bonus as:

  • A physical Coles Myer Group gift card.

OR

- A physical Wish Card (Woolworths Group) gift card.

OR

- We donate the $80.00 to our current chosen registered charity.

  • The gift cards will be mailed to the address provided on the referral form.

​

5. Payment:

  • Referral bonuses will be processed within 30 days of the referred person completing their qualifying service package.

6. Disclaimer:

  • Autism & Beyond reserves the right to modify or discontinue this program at any time without prior notice.

  • This program is void where prohibited by law.

  • By participating in this program, you agree to these terms and conditions.
